Option 1: The Supported Professional (Full-Time Employee)

Top-Tier Compensation: $48–$52 per hour (commensurate with experience).
True Work-Life Balance: 4 weeks of paid vacation plus sick time.

Out-of-State Transition: We make moving easy with relocation assistance, Maine licensing fee reimbursement, and CE money reimbursement to keep your skills sharp.
Option 2: The Independent Practitioner (Partner)
Are you an "intrapreneur" at heart? We are offering a rare opportunity to run your own hygiene business with the safety net of an established practice.
The Setup: We provide the office space and the state-of-the-art Guided Biofilm Technology (GBT) equipment.
The Patients: We provide a steady stream of health-conscious, cash-paying referrals.
The Launchpad: To ensure your success, we provide a guaranteed hourly pay for the first 3 months while you build your rhythm.
The Freedom: After the initial period, you take the reins of your own independent schedule and practice style.
